Quick meals for dinner

{Breakfast for dinner}

  • French toast (double dip in batter for extra protein) + bacon + fruit

  • Fancy oatmeal bar (my kids love this!): make a pot of steel cut oats and put out a variety of toppings: maple butter, nuts, coconut shreds, cream, chopped fruit, jam, whatever they like!

  • scrambled eggs with kale + bacon + fruit smoothies


  • Overnight oatmeal jars

  • Avocado egg toast - simple and filling!

  • "apple pie" (vanilla Greek yogurt, your favorite granola, chunky apple sauce, and maybe a little maple syrup or honey to taste)
