Connection and emotion are the focus of our sessions, whether you are snuggling your young babe in the early morning light—or walking through a golden field at sunset with your teens. We’ll get the smiles and the beauty, but we’ll chase connection over perfection during our time together.

Day in the Life sessions are the ultimate experience in family photography.

A longer stretch of time means more treasured real life moments…and I always include a sprinkling of beautiful, natural portraits so you can check that box, too!
I’ll hang out with you like an old friend, sharing meals and laughs, chatting in between picking up my camera. The vibe of these sessions is supremely chill and cozy. You’ll be yourselves, and I’ll shoot through thoughtful compositions and intentional storytelling to document the most dynamic and meaningful moments just as they unfold during our session.
This session leaves time for the progression from pajamas to Disney dress up, a walk to the farmers market or soccer game, breakfast routine to bathtime…and everything in between. I will be there to document the sweetest subtle details that tell the story of your relationships while also catching the sweeping scenes full of action and chaos, because I know you want to remember all of it.
The result is an incredibly authentic view of your time together, preserved in a large gallery of photos, a longer film, a keepsake album, and a gallery wall for your home that can easily be added to from our sessions over the years.

I can be there to document every meaningful detail–from the decor and ambiance to the epic moments. I’ll flow through the scene unobtrusively and create a visual story so you and your guests will remember just how everyone and everything came together so wonderfully that day.

Here’s how it works:

Book your session, pay the retainer, and fill out a questionnaire that will help me understand what you want to remember about this season of life or upcoming event, and what your plans are for the keepsakes I’ll create for you. It’s all about intention, all personalized for you. We’ll determine a loose plan for when and where. I can also assist with styling if you wish.
I’m here to guide you through a seamless experience, and ready to knock this session out of the park for you.
Two to four weeks before your session or event, we will connect to confirm time and dates based on forecast. We’ll discuss any last minute details about the session. You’ll pay your balance, and then you’ll get hyped that it’s finally happening–we are about to preserve these moments that are so special to you!
On the day of your session, we will gather at your home or another location that is meaningful to you. I’ll greet everyone and quickly make myself at home as I move into documenting: laughing with you, chatting, and capturing a handful of natural portraits–including a classic whole family or group shot.
Then, I will spend the rest of our time focusing on your authentic interactions, natural moments, and connections. I’ll sink into the background to allow your story to fill the whole scene. You’ll be loving on your people and I’ll be bottling that feeling through a series of photos and footage aimed to bring you right back to those moments.
I’ll return to the editing studio to bring the magic with my signature timeless edits, and then—boom! Your images and film will land in your inbox anywhere from 1-4 weeks later, depending on your collection.
As you scroll through your gallery and watch your film together (get the tissues ready!), you’ll feel closer than ever to your family, and filled with peace knowing that you’ve invested in your most precious possessions—your family photos and videos.
